In 2019, we started a business and soon realized that we needed a CRM to help with sales. We searched and searched but couldn't find something that met our needs. It wasn't that we were asking for something strange and couldn't find it, rather our main criteria were high integration with all store information, automation of tasks to reduce human labor costs, and a few other things that are now our competitive advantages.
