Where did the initial idea come from?

It wasn't that we were asking for something strange and couldn't find it, rather our main criteria were high integration with all store information, automation of tasks to reduce human labor costs, and a few other things that are now our competitive advantages. So we began writing a CRM plugin for WordPress.
