Connect the POS to a compatible payment terminal: the order amount is sent automatically and the transaction result returns to the app, so cashiers type fewer amounts by hand. Invoices and thermal receipts follow print settings you define on your server, and you choose the payment methods and the font sizes, colors and display settings each branch uses.

Sync and offline mode

Sales continue when the network goes down

Product prices, inventory levels, orders and application settings stay in sync with your server. If the internet connection or local network becomes unavailable, the POS app keeps working, so checkout is not interrupted and queues do not build up. When the connection returns, the data syncs with your server.

Branch-level reports and a central view of all branches

Cashiers sign in with their own accounts and work within their permissions. Branch managers see reports for their branch based on their access level and, with the Installments module, manage their customers' installments. Keep head office and branches in step

Give each branch its own warehouse or use a central one, depending on how your business runs. Branches request extra stock or staff through the software, and the central manager can issue the warehouse document and dispatch the products in a few clicks. Each order from the Windows POS app is a standard WooCommerce order, so branch sales use the same notifications, loyalty programs, workflows, inventory automation and accounting integration as your online store.
