Customization Method in LoyalAxis CRM

We have included a set of settings in the software so that the system administrator can handle customization without any coding. We have also provided documentation to help you get familiar with these settings. (The plugin comes with default configuration upon installation; however, you can further customize and fine-tune everything according to your sales system in an advanced and professional way.)

If your requirement is not available in the software, you have two options:

1- Submit your request in writing through the form below, and we will provide you with a cost estimate and time estimation.

2- You can hire a WordPress developer to implement your required features. The LoyalAxis CRM plugin is open-source, and you will have access to its source code.

 

To estimate the cost, we first need to understand the details of your project. After receiving your request, we review the product development roadmap. If your requirement is part of the short-term development plan, it will be prioritized with a lower cost, and a time estimate will also be provided based on the implementation effort. If your requirement is not in our roadmap or is a low-priority item, the estimate will be based on implementation time, technical effort, project complexity, and other relevant factors.
