Birthday greetings

A birthday message at the right hour

Add a date field to the customer profile and choose it in a birthday program. Every night the system finds the profiles whose day and month match today, and the program runs for each of them after the delay you set, so the greeting arrives in the morning instead of at midnight. Add a coupon short code and the greeting becomes a gift.

Scheduled campaigns

Campaigns ready before the day arrives

Choose the day and month, the start time and the audience: all users, all leads or a target group. On that day the program sends to the audience in batches, with the batch size and the interval you choose, so even a large list goes out without overloading your email server or SMS gateway.

Personal coupons

A different coupon for every customer

Define a discount code once, with its amount, validity and rules, and get a short code such as {off_birthday20}. Each time a message with that short code is sent, a new WooCommerce coupon is created for the recipient and placed in the text. By default it is tied to their email address and works once, so the code cannot spread beyond the person you sent it to.

The Marketing module adds birthday and yearly programs to the LoyalAxis Automation module, and its coupon short codes appear in the messages of every program type. A welcome program can send a welcome coupon, an abandoned cart program can offer a discount, and any marketing program can also create follow-ups, tickets or sales opportunities.

Targeting

Rewards for the customers who earn them

Conditions are checked for each profile when the program runs. Send a birthday gift only to customers who spent more than a set amount, a product offer only to buyers of a related product, or a campaign only to business customers. Profiles that do not match are skipped.
