System administrators and managers open their dashboard and see key statistics and business metrics at a glance. Specialists work from an operational dashboard that shows the figures their daily tasks depend on. Both are built from the same widget library, so each role sees what is relevant to it.

Personal dashboards

Several dashboards for each user

Each user can keep a dashboard for each purpose, such as sales, support or personal KPIs, and switch between them from the toolbar. Every dashboard saves its own widgets and layout. Users can set one of their dashboards as the default and choose different dashboards for desktop and mobile.

Default dashboards

Dashboards prepared by the administrator

Administrators can build a dashboard and assign it as the default for a user role. When someone with that role logs in for the first time, the dashboard loads automatically. If a user also has a personal default, the role-based dashboard takes priority. Roles without a default get the standard system dashboard.

Drag-and-drop builder

Arrange widgets with drag and drop

Open the builder, find widgets in the library panel by browsing or searching, and drag them onto the grid. Resize each widget by dragging its edges, then save the layout. The same widget can be placed several times with its own settings, for example one sales chart for the last 7 days and another for the last 12 months.

Modules and permissions

Widgets from active modules, controlled by role

The Dashboard Builder works with every LoyalAxis module: when you activate a module, its widgets become available. In role management, administrators decide which widgets each role can view or configure, whether it can create and switch dashboards, and whether it can rearrange widgets. Users without layout permission can view a dashboard but not change it.
