Overview

Setting up LoyalAxis CRM involves two main stages:
  1. **Installation** — Download the installer package from the official LoyalAxis website and install it through WordPress. The installer then automatically downloads and sets up the full CRM.
  2. **Initial Setup** — Configure the CRM for your organization, either by running the Quick Setup Wizard or by manually entering your license key and activating the modules you need.
The entire process takes only a few minutes.

Step 1 — Download the Installer Package

  1. Open your browser and go to the official LoyalAxis website.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to **My Account → Downloads**.
  4. Find the LoyalAxis CRM installer package in the list.
  5. Click the download button and save the file to your computer.
> **Note:** The downloaded file is the installer package (`la24core-loader.php`). This is a lightweight package that, once installed in WordPress, automatically downloads and installs the full CRM plugin.

Step 2 — Install the Plugin in WordPress

  1. Log in to your **WordPress Admin Dashboard**.
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to **Plugins → Add New**.
  3. Click the **Upload Plugin** button at the top of the page.
  4. Click **Choose File** and select the installer package you downloaded in Step 1.
  5. Click **Install Now**.
WordPress will upload and install the package. Wait for the process to complete.

Step 3 — Activate the Plugin

After installation completes, WordPress will show a success screen.
  1. Click **Activate Plugin** to activate the installer.
The LoyalAxis installer plugin is now active on your WordPress site.

Step 4 — Automatic CRM Installation

Once the installer plugin is activated, it immediately begins downloading and installing the full LoyalAxis CRM plugin in the background.
  • You do not need to do anything during this step.
  • Within a few seconds, the process completes automatically.
  • The full CRM environment is now ready for use.
> **Note:** The installer requires an active internet connection on your server to download the CRM package. If the download does not start, check your server's internet access and try reactivating the installer plugin.

Initial Setup — Two Options

After the CRM is installed, you need to configure it before your team can start using it. There are two ways to do this:

The Quick Setup Wizard walks you through the most important configuration steps automatically. It sets up user roles, modules, sales pipelines, and other core settings based on your answers to a few simple questions.
To launch the wizard:
  1. Open the **LoyalAxis CRM** from the WordPress admin menu.
  2. On the CRM dashboard, click the **Start Quick Setup Wizard** button on the welcome card.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to complete your configuration.

Option B — Manual Setup

If you prefer to configure the CRM without the wizard, follow these steps:

Activating Your License Manually

A valid license key is required before you can use the CRM. To activate it:
  1. From the CRM navigation menu, go to **Settings → System Upgrade**.
  2. Enter your license key in the field provided.
  3. Click **Activate License**.
  4. Wait for the confirmation message indicating your license is valid and active.
> **Important:** Your license key is tied to your account on the official LoyalAxis website. If you do not have a license key, log in to your account and copy the key from the **My Account** section, or contact the LoyalAxis support team.

Installing Modules

After your license is verified, you can activate and install the modules included in your plan:
  1. Go to **Settings → System Upgrade**.
  2. Review the list of available modules. Each module shows its name, description, and current status.
  3. Click **Install** or **Activate** next to each module you want to enable.
  4. Wait for the installation to complete before moving to the next module.
> **Note:** The modules available to you depend on your license plan. If a module you need is not listed or is locked, contact the LoyalAxis support team to check your subscription.
Where do I find my license key?
Log in to your account on the official LoyalAxis website. Your license key is listed in the **My Account → Downloads** section alongside your purchased plan.
The installer finished, but I don't see the CRM menu. What should I do?
Try refreshing the WordPress admin page. If the CRM menu still does not appear, go to **Plugins** and verify that both the installer plugin and the main LoyalAxis CRM plugin are listed as active. If the CRM plugin is missing, try deactivating and reactivating the installer plugin to re-trigger the download.
Can I run the Quick Setup Wizard after doing manual setup?
Yes. The wizard is available at any time from the CRM dashboard or admin menu. If it detects an existing configuration, it will warn you before making any changes. Review the summary screen carefully before confirming.
My license key is not being accepted. What should I do?
Check the key for typos and make sure there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end. If the key still fails, contact the LoyalAxis support team — your license may be tied to a different domain or user account.
Do I need WooCommerce for LoyalAxis CRM to work?
The core CRM works without WooCommerce, but many sales-related features (products, orders, invoices, customer portal) require it. The Quick Setup Wizard will ask whether you want to install WooCommerce during setup if it is not already active.
Can I change the modules I activate later?
Yes. You can go to **Settings → System Upgrade** at any time to activate additional modules or review the status of installed ones.
